VTFASH3: Fashion's Hat   Vintage artist made scarlet red French fashion hat embellished with black velvet with a "button" of bead work. Antique gold tone metal adornment accents the front. The hat has a lovely, very sturdy foundation. Suitable for a 12 inch French Fashion doll or other small doll. The circumference around, where the head would be seated, measures 5". Excellent condition.
