VC5863SO: Moving Eyes/Valentine  This charming antique valentine features a boy with moving eyes. When you shift the heart shaped ring of blue forget me nots from side to side, the boy's eyes look to the left, then straight on, then to the right. Printed in Germany. This measures about 3.5" tall. Nice condition with lovely colors; a faint crease in back at both thighs, where someone may have positioned him in a way to sit on his own, perhaps balancing with the bent legs. I can only get this to stand up when propped against something. Unusual "mechanical" valentine.
