GRA23A: Large Cameo/Emeralds  This is the finest cameo we have ever seen! An absolutely stunning, exquisite find, this highly embellished, translucent carved shell cameo has a 3-D effect. The high profile image features flowers and a Grecian styled woman. She’s wearing a chain pendant with the small genuine diamond set in beautiful white gold. It could be worn as a pendant or as a pin / brooch. Each corner of the cameo is accented with an emerald! Very unique! This large cameo measures almost 2 1/4 inches tall and 1~7/8 " wide. It has a slightly convex or domed effect. The pin in the back is in good condition. Absolutely stunning! Set in 14 karat white gold. Sure to be the highlight of any jewelry collection!
