VC5604GC: Bohemian Garnets  Outstanding Victorian period Bohemian garnet bracelet with little star shaped garnet clusters. Gilt brass setting with a safety chain. Each star measures 1/2" east to west and 3/8" measuring north to south. Thirteen small stars in total. The bracelet measures 8" long. The garnets are superb, with a blood red color. As a side note, Both Queen Victoria and Mary Queen of Scots are said to have favored garnet jewelry during their reigns.Garnets become known as the gem symbolizing romance.
