DL0264: European Lace, Pointed Edge  This antique ivory cotton lace has an exaggerated pointed edge and is cotton. Found on the original card, it does show some areas of dark oxidation on some of the points, which I believe will launder out with Oxyclean or something similar, coupled with some patience. It measures 1~3/8" wide.
This was acquired by a costumer/collector who accumulated the finest treasure trove of vintage and antique European lace, buttons, appliques and other embellishments over a 9 year period, while living in Holland. During this time, she was able to travel to various parts of Europe to find these beautiful antique and vintage items and trims.
