SEO510: Shawl Collar   A lovely large shawl collar in fine white cotton with embroidery. The area around the neck is unfinished and can be part of the seam allowance, when sewn to the garment, shirt, dress, etc. A bit of minor fraying. The inside collar measures almost 18". The hem area measures 35" all around the bottom, side to side. Two teeny pinholes at the back. The collar measures 9~1/2" directly down the back to the bottom of the scalloped edge.
