DL0395: Stevengraph/European  This originates from a collection of antique and vintage textiles, amassed over a period of 9 years, while our consignor lived in Holland. This so called "Stevensgraph Silk Picture" is marked The National Ribbon Company. It is a black, gray and ivory woven picture on silk depicting a woman carrying a young child, with a cow and calf alongside. It measures about 7" X 3~3/4". This does show age and discoloration due to age, but overall very nice for an early silk ribbon.
