DL0416: "Made in Japan" Beaded Strands  Old store stock made in Japan black glass bead strands. These measure 16.5" long and some have original paper labels. Hand knotted. Each strand measures 3/16" wide. Two hooks at the ends (see photo) can be connected and hooks cinched tight to make a complete circle of beads. Great necklaces for dolls and bears! These were acquired by a costumer/collector who accumulated the finest treasure trove of vintage and antique European lace, buttons, appliques and other embellishments over a 9 year period, while living in Holland. During this time, she was able to travel to various parts of Europe to find these beautiful antique and vintage items and trims.
