QTX43: Great Tulip Quilt  This fabulous vintage quilt dates around 1920-1940. It features hand appliqued tulips, accented with featherstitching or blanket stitching. The quilt has been hand quilted and the binding machine stitched. The filling has settled to where the quilt is flat, as is found in almost all these early quilts. Butter yellow on the backside, it measures 66" X 82". Condition is lovely with very few, in any, stains to note. Lovely displayed on a bed or even on a wall! Great colors!
