VC718SO: Cherub Ornament Mount  This turn of the century gilt brass cherub/putti/angel is an ornamental mount. It features finely detailed facial features with molded curly hair elaborate and wings. It measures about 3 1/4" X 3 1/4" and 1" deep. There are 2 small holes, as pictured in the photographs, for attachment to a vanity mirror, a dresser drawer face, etc. Warm authentic patina. Not marked, but it certainly presents a wonderful French appearance. Lovely condition! So shabby French apartment chic!
