SOA120: Art Nouveau Perfumenew

This lovely Art Nouveau perfume bottle still features its original gold colored labels with an image of a woman smelling violets on the large label (gold on gold, so visible when turned in the light). The label at the neck of the bottle reads Violette. The large label reads Ed Gerarde Parfumeur. Some bubbles in the early glass bottle, remnants of original cork stopper can be seen in the bottle. The bottle stopper has a faceted top and the original cork is missing so the lid fits a little loose in the neck of the bottle. Very beautiful. The lid may have a few flea bites, but I can't see them. If I run my fingers around the lid , it feels a little rough. The bottle, with stopper, stands slightly under 4" tall. I sell vintage and antique items with a history; oftentimes items may show wear from a former life. I always try to note any serious condition issues. Photos are considered part of the description. Please note, just the bottle in front is listed. The other bottles pictured in the background will be listed at another time.
