CJ153SO: Scatter Pin/Rhinestones  These vintage silver metal pins each have a locking C clasp in the back. The pin resembles a sun or star burst and is accented with rays embellished with rhinestones. The center stone is a rich turquoise faceted stone with gold foil backing.
