ML754SO: Two Tone Plume  Originating from an estate which had a great deal of vintage millinery flowers and feathers, this is a very unusual two tone plume. This vintage plume is in great condition. The way it sets, the strands separate naturally near the top to make the curve in the quill. This give the appearance of thinning in that area, but it is just the way the strands fall. This measures 19" long. These can be snipped at the top if a shorter feather is desired.
