BT4079SO: Silk Chenille/Tulle  Outstanding antique tulle in a charcoal black, profusely decorated and embellished with beadwork, embroidery and silk chenille, raised rose blossoms. This measures an incredible 8" wide X 37" long. Heavily embroidered. The colors of peach, black, bronze and rose are superb! There is significant weight and the tulle is very fine, but despite this, overall condition is very good. Occasionally a short snag, and there is a very small tear--very little--to the edge on one of the chenille blossoms, but you have to lay this across something light for the contrast to be able to see this. Some of the silk chenille threads have come undone and need to be gently cut or re-secured for a tidy appearance to each individual blossom. Really an amazing piece! So many possibilities!
