DL0236: Lavender Accented Trim  This sweet trim has the quality of a fine sheer organza, although it has a slightly more open weave. A burn test to the edge results in a hard crust, so synthetic--perhaps a nylon blend. It has been folded over, like a seam binding, so you could open this up and press it flat, into a wider trim, if desired. Open, it measures 1~1/4" wide X 4 yards~33" long.
This was acquired by a costumer/collector who accumulated the finest treasure trove of vintage and antique European lace, buttons, appliques and other embellishments over a 9 year period, while living in Holland. During this time, she was able to travel to various parts of Europe to find these beautiful antique and vintage items and trims.
