DL0486: Creamy Fringe/3" Wide  Old stock wide fringe found over a 9 year period of collecting vintage trims and lace in Europe. This vintage old store stock fringe is a creamy white color and is very attractive. The bottom portion separates into petite "tassels" or fringe as it is pulled away from the warehouse running stitches, which keep the fringe from tangling until ready to use. Condition is excellent. (Stick pin in photo not included). Some minor oxidation due to storage, exaggerated by my magnified photo. I believe this area will launder snowy white.
