VR1331SO: Pastel Blue Grosgrain  Fabulous pastel blue grosgrain ribbon is vintage old stock, dating from the 1940s era. Measuring 1~1/2" wide, it is perfect for millinery purposes and embellishing clothing. It is fairly soft and drapes well, however it still retains some body to it, so bows, etc should keep their shape well. It has a satin sheen to it and condition is excellent. Rayon/cotton blend.
