SEO656: Pearl Like Flowers  This is a stunning vintage wedding tiara or headpiece. It is in lovely condition. I have provided many pictures. The blossoms are wired to the original headband, which does show age. There is a thread wrapped elastic which keeps the tiara in a circular position, hugging the nap of the neck or slightly above, as pictured. The blossoms have a pearl-like luster and vary slightly in size and shape. Each has a composition bud center stamen or a upright fringe of paper bristles accented the center of the blossom. It appears to me all blossoms are intact and in good condition, considering its original fragile attributes. There are two blossoms hanging on, but they need to be secured to the band, if you are intending to wear this. I measured 1 blossom and it is 1" in diameter. Measuring the mannequin's head, which is a good fit for this, the circumference is approximately 21~1/2" , but there is some stretch to the elastic and it may accommodate a slightly larger circumference.
